Privacy policy
This policy explains how ITTC HK Services Limited ("ITTC", "we") handles personal data collected through this website. We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Contact form: name, work email, company, project type and the message you write. We collect this only when you submit the form.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. Our hosting provider records these automatically for security and operation.
- Website statistics: aggregated, anonymous visit data (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and this website is intended for business users, not for children.
Why we use it and legal basis
- To answer your inquiry and follow up on a possible business relationship, based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts.
- To keep the website secure and working, based on our legitimate interest.

International transfers
Our teams work from Hong Kong, India and Bangladesh, and our service providers may process data in other countries. When data from the EEA or UK is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract requires longer.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Anonymous statistics: kept in aggregated form.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also ask for deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to sales@ittchk.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong (pcpd.org.hk) or to the data protection authority in your country of residence.
